You may pay your student class fee, instructional supply fee, and other school related fees through K12 payment center. This is not where you pay for meals.

To make a fee payment online.

• Select Available Fees

• Select Your Child’s School
• Add fees to the cart, once finished you may check out. 
• Please add your student’s first and last name in the memo line. 
  *if you do not have a K12 account, you may continue as a guest to make school fee payments.

Rent the Rock

We have new procedures for paiting our Spirit Rock.

For the 2024/2025 year, the spirit rock will become a fundraiser for the PTO and the proceeds will be used for items within the school. The cost will be $10 donation that can be brought to the school or paid through the PTO venmo. 

Sign up to rent the rock

1. Signup for the day you want to celebrate your student using the SignUpGenius link. If you want your message displayed on January 1, signup for January 1.
2. You can paint the rock the day before your signup after 3:30pm. For a January 1 signup, you can paint the rock starting December 31st at 3:30pm. If that day falls on a Monday or a day after a holiday, your rental period begins the last day school is in session prior to your signup day. (Example you can paint the rock anytime after Friday 3:30pm for a Monday reservation date) 
3. No derogatory/offensive speech, photos, or language will be tolerated 
4. AT Allen Elementary staff and PTO volunteers reserve the right to reserve days for school related use. These days will be blocked and the rocks will be used to advertise school events and functions. 
5. If you have not paid for your rental 5 days prior to your rental date you will be contacted via the email used in the signup genius. The rental signup will be reopened for your date if you do not respond. 
6. Keep our school clean! Any items used to paint the rock will need to be cleaned up after completion

We use ParentSquare for school communication, primarily with email, text and app notifications which allows district, school administrators and teachers to more effectively communicate and engage with families and students. ParentSquare automatically generates an account for each parent using their preferred email address and phone number.

We encourage parents to access their accounts so they can download the mobile app and update their preferences, including when and how they receive notifications.

Edulog is an app that lets parents view the location of their student's school bus to gauge arrival times each day. The app sends a push notification to the parent's smartphone when the bus enters a user-defined geographic area around the stop. Parents only receive access by registering with data unique to their child. It's all information to help parents feel secure about their child's trip on the school bus!
